Now that that the holiday season is over, we would expect some uptick in market activity. So far, the
market remains robust.
This market is still improving. Time on the market
is down all over Metro Denver (averaging 73 days). Many buyer's are finding it hard to find the right property...and when they do, there are multiple other buyers vying for the same property. For sellers, the market change is allowing them to scrutinize buyer's credentials and in some cases, due to rising sales prices, recoup some equity.
Overall, in Metro Denver, inventory
remains low at about 30% down from this time last year...
