July Market Snapshot

So, what is happening in our local real estate market?
Wow, this market is still improving.  Time on the market is down all over Metro Denver.  We are WELL into a seller's market.  Many buyer's are getting frustrated by missing out on homes and facing competitive bids from other buyers.   In more sought after neighborhoods, multiple offers are sending sales prices soaring. Overall, in Metro Denver, inventory remains low and days on market continues to lower.  All this, and continued low interest rates has made this a very competitive market for buyers.

January Market Snapshot

So, what is happening in our local real estate market?

It was one of the best January for pricing and sales in recent memory.  As we enter into Spring, we would gains in market activity. So far, the market remains RED HOT!

Time on the market is down all over Metro Denver (averaging 78 days). Many buyer's are finding it hard to find the right property...and when they do, there are multiple other buyers vying for the same property. For sellers, the market change is allowing them to scrutinize buyer's credentials and in some cases, due to rising sales prices, recoup equity, lost during The Great Recession.

Overall, in Metro Denver, inventory remains low at about 30% down from this time last year...
